Our Second Trip to Haiti - Donate Glasses and Serve - June 28, 2018
This past June, Share Overseas members went on a medical mission to Fort Liberté, Haiti. On this trip, members saw hundreds of patients in ophthalmology, traveled to remote locations, viewed surgeries, and distributed the glasses that were collected prior to the trip. Overall, members saw over 400 patients and distributed hundreds of glasses and eye drops. Share Overseas members got ready for their medical mission to Fort Liberte, Haiti by collecting, sorting, reading, and picking over 700 pairs of glasses and eyedrops to donate to patients in Haiti.
